Daily Sadhana

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

For years now, as my self development, I have focused on positive habits to improve my mental status.  After years of making hating myself a full-time job, I love myself.

Every morning, I read or listen to inspirational books or speeches.  I have rewired my brain to think positive about myself and now seek more and more knowledge. 

What you do the first 20 minutes of your day sets the pace for your mental health. If you wake up feeling down about going to work and playing the old record that the day is going to be bad, that is what you will get.

I have added meditation to my daily sadhana (practice) and have become a certified meditation teacher. It has changed everything!

The only way to invoke change is to create change. Be sure to follow me on all my social media accounts because my purpose in this life is to help others do just that.
